About Bjorn Sorenson

Bjorn Sorenson is senior counsel in RPCK’s New York office, where he leads the firm’s debt finance practice. Both business-focused and technically oriented, Bjorn advises borrowers and lenders on leveraged finance and secured transactions. His deep and diverse legal practice also serves clients in a general advisory and outside general counsel role. Deeply committed to public health initiatives and volunteer service, Bjorn has served as the treasurer and chair of the Audit & Finance Committee of IMA World Health and is the recent past chairperson of the Harvard Divinity School Alumni/ae Council. In addition to his role as senior counsel, Bjorn is leading RPCK’s new initiative on Learning, Development, and Impact Assessment.
