About Eraklis N. Kyriakides

Eraklis N. Kyriakides is the founder and managing director of ERAKLIS N. KYRIAKIDES LLC. His work focuses on acquisition finance, complex transactional mandates, corporate structuring, cross-border acquisitions and company buyouts across all sectors, as well as on disposals, restructurings and mergers, particularly within the private equity and hedge fund space. He is highly experienced in corporate and financial litigation, including white-collar crime; he regularly acts in complex, high-value disputes and advises on enforcement strategy, asset protection and risk management. He also advises leading corporations, financial institutions and boards on regulatory frameworks, governance and corporate liability. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, and holds degrees from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the University of Leicester.
