About Louis Bouchez

Louis Bouchez is a partner in Fieldfisher’s Amsterdam corporate team and a specialist in mid-market corporate finance transactions, including takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions, as well as venture capital deals. With more than 25 years of experience in those areas, he mainly works for overseas clients on inward Dutch investment work, both foreign strategic buyers as well as financial investors, and therefore has extensive experience of acting on cross-border transactions, particularly in the (renewable) energy, technology and food sectors.
