Djamila Sousa Pinto de Andrade
is managing partner at the firm. Her key practice areas are corporate law, finance and banking law, private investment, insurance and real estate. She is highly experienced in advising commercial lenders, multilaterals, sovereigns and development companies on various forms of lending, including negotiation of international financing. She advises major financial institutions on various internal and cross-border transactions and offers further expertise in regulatory issues. She is a member of the Angolan Bar Association, a member of the International Bar Association (M&A committee) and of the global legal network, Interlaw. She has undertaken a post-graduation in financial markets from the Agostinho Neto Law School; a euromoney loan documentation training course (London); and a governance in the banking sector course at the Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance.
