About Chao Tang

Chao Tang is a partner at Anli Partners. He represents clients in litigations and arbitrations in the investment & financing area, including disputes arising from VAM agreements, equity transfer, equity repurchase and capital increase agreements. He has acted as agent or participated in litigation and arbitration cases in the corporate area, including disputes arising from confirmation of shareholders’ qualification, shareholders’ right to know, battle for control rights of the company, dissolution of the company and shareholders’ damage to the company’s interest.
