About Beshoy Mounir

Beshoy Mounir is an associate in ADG Legal’s Corporate practice in Dubai, advising on domestic and cross-border transactions across the UAE and wider region. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory matters. He regularly supports clients on legal due diligence exercises, transaction structuring, and the drafting and negotiation of key transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and investment agreements.
