About Rizvi Khan

Rizvi Khan is an advocate, enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council since 2024, who holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of London (2022) and has over three years of legal experience. At DFDL, he advises on corporate law, regulatory compliance and complex transactions across sectors. His work includes the financing and development of renewable energy projects, regulatory and environmental reporting for energy and aviation, and supporting foreign investors in Bangladesh. Rizvi also handles M&A, share transfers and joint ventures, and drafts key agreements such as share purchase and subscription agreements. His expertise extends to labour law and compliance with anti-bribery, AML and data protection regulations.
