About Sebastian Corral Guevara

Sebastian Corral Guevara is a corporate lawyer with over 12 years of experience advising national and international companies in the chemical, oil and gas, mining, energy, software and financial sectors. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, M&A, regulatory matters, project development and investment structuring. He holds a Law degree from PUCE, a Specialization in Corporate Law and a Master’s in Law from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Renewable Energy, with a focus on energy efficiency. He is admitted to practise law in Ecuador.
