Abdourahim Bodeen Diallo is a senior associate at Thiam & Associés. He has extensive experience in business law, with a focus on M&A, corporate law and financing. He advises a clientele of African and international groups on their projects in various sectors such as energy, mining, infrastructure, telecommunications, tech and finance. He also advises on labour law and corporate governance. In particular, he is involved in the negotiation and legal structuring of multi-jurisdictional transactions.
