About Nasrine Akrah

Nasrine Akrah is a corporate and M&A specialist at Thiam & Associés, advising on complex transactions and regulatory matters across the mining, energy and infrastructure sectors in West Africa within the OHADA framework. Her practice focuses on corporate structuring, transaction documentation, regulatory compliance and multi-jurisdictional due diligence for large-scale industrial and project finance matters. She holds a master’s II in business law from Université Sorbonne Paris Nord. Prior to joining Thiam & Associés, she gained experience at TotalEnergies, Valther, Banque de France and Bolloré, where she developed strong exposure to corporate governance, financial regulation and large-scale operational projects.
