About Saran Kaba

Saran Kaba is a lawyer admitted to the Ontario Bar. Specialising in corporate law, she advises on asset acquisitions and disposals, particularly in the mining and natural resources, infrastructure and telecommunications sectors. She also has significant experience in real estate law. Saran was recently involved in the negotiation phases of the Simandou Project on behalf of Thiam & Associés’ client BaoSteel. She also advised a British company on the acquisition of a mining licence in Guinea. Saran holds two master’s degrees in business law from Carleton University in Ottawa (Canada) and York University (England), as well as Juris Doctor accreditation from Canada’s National Accreditation Committee.
