About Stéphanie Manguele

Stéphanie Manguele is admitted to the Paris Bar and advises on M&A, equity investments and project finance transactions, with a focus on energy and infrastructure. She also advises pan-African groups on their strategic expansion across the continent, including Azalaï Hotels, a regional leader in West Africa’s hospitality sector. She has been involved in landmark deals including the Simandou project. She advised Oryx Energies on the acquisition of Puma Energy in Senegal and Taurus Finance Mining on a gold project financing in Guinea. She holds Master’s degrees from HEC Paris 12 and University of Paris 12, as well as executive certificates from Harvard Business School.
