Stéphanie Manguele advises on company acquisitions and disposals, equity investments and project financing in the OHADA zone, in the energy, infrastructure and health sectors. She has advised major international groups on complex transactions in the OHADA zone, including the Simandou iron ore project, one of the world’s largest mining transactions. In the oil sector, she advised Oryx Energies on its acquisition of a majority stake in Puma Energy in Senegal. She also advised Taurus Finance Mining on the USD115 million financing for the development of a gold project in north-east Guinea.
