About Thierno Moustapha Diallo

Thierno Moustapha Diallo is an associate in Thiam & Associés’ employment law and corporate tax department. He advises on day-to-day transactions and more strategic operations. He regularly advises the firm’s international clients on the Guinean social and tax regulations applicable to the recruitment or expatriation of their employees. He also assists them in contentious proceedings. Recently, he was involved in a review of the employment contracts of the Guinean staff of a major international foundation operating in the education sector, as well as in the implementation of transactional and litigation proceedings. Thierno Moustapha is a graduate of the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences at the Université Général Lansana Conté Sonfonia Conakry.
