About Ibukun Fasoro

Ibukun Fasoro is a senior associate in the commercial litigation and dispute resolution department of ALP NG. & Co. She has extensive experience in handling complex litigation in several areas of law including banking and finance, real estate, intellectual property, criminal and civil litigation, commerce, trade, construction law and contract, and regularly appears before trial and appellate courts. She has also been involved in many successful resolutions of disputes through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as arbitration and mediation. She has represented clients in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
