Mofiyinfoluwa Enitan is a partner in Africa Law Practice NG & Company’s litigation and dispute resolution department, with over a decade of experience advising on high-value commercial disputes, regulatory compliance and contract matters. He has represented multinational and local clients before Nigeria’s superior courts, including defending a client against a freezing injunction on a USD7.5 billion construction project, disproving insurer liability in a EUR2 million aircraft insurance dispute, and securing a USD1 million exit package for a wrongfully dismissed executive. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and holds a certificate from the Lagos Court of Arbitration Master Class.
