About Flavio Augusto Picchi

Flavio Augusto Picchi is a partner at Maia Yoshiyasu Advogados – MYLAW’s technology and gaming practice, and is experienced in domestic and cross-border transactions and legal matters across a range of industries. Flavio has worked in Brazil and the USA, and is a pioneer in providing legal services to start-up companies in Brazil. He holds an LLM in US and international law from the University of Miami, and an MSc in international law and a LLB from the University of São Paulo. He is a member of the Securities Law Committee of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association, and of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
