About Flavio Augusto Picchi

Flavio Augusto Picchi is a partner at Maia Yoshiyasu Advogados in the technology and gaming practice, and is an experienced attorney who works in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions and legal matters across a broad range of industries. Focusing primarily on venture capital and capital markets, Flavio has worked in Brazil and in the USA, and is a pioneer in providing legal services to start-up companies in Brazil. He holds an LLM in US and International Law from the University of Miami, and an MSc in International Law from the University of São Paulo, where he also earned his LLB. He is a member of the Securities Law Committee of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), and of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA).
