About Daniel Wuhrmann

Daniel Wuhrmann is an equity partner at Reusch Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft and has headed the firm's mobility department for more than 12 years. Prior to that, he worked as an in-house counsel in the automotive industry in the US and Germany. He and his five-person team primarily advise national and international clients from the automotive, truck and heavy duty, rail and aviation sectors. Daniel specialises in international contract negotiation and drafting, and in advising on product compliance issues, product recalls and product liability issues, as well as disputes. He also provides support in negotiations with insurance companies and co-ordination with market authorities.
