About Karina Ilyussizova

Karina Ilyussizova is a counsel at Egen Gregory LLP, and represents domestic and international clients on corporate (on seller’s or buyer’s side) and finance (on lender’s or borrower’s side) transactions and projects. Her primary interest and experience is in developing and deploying renewable energy business in Kazakhstan. Karina is an active member of Qazaq Green Renewable Energy Association. Prior to joining Egen Gregory, Karina was a senior associate with an international law firm and an in-house counsel of an international private equity fund.
