About Klara Nurgaziyeva

Klara Nurgaziyeva is a partner at Egen Gregory LLP, and has been advising clients in M&A, JVs, debt and equity financing and other commercial transactions mostly in the energy sector for more than 20 years. She regularly counsels clients on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters. Klara is experienced in representing clients in domestic and international litigation and arbitration in investment protection, JV and corporate disputes. She is the AIEN Regional Director for the FSU/CIS region and is regularly highly ranked by international ranking firms for her energy and corporate practice. Prior to joining private practice in 2004, Klara was a corporate counsel with an international oil company for 6+ years.
