Nayia is an advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and holds an LLB from the University of Warwick and an LLM (Corporate Finance) from the LSE. She has completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School and holds the CySEC Advanced Certification. She has more than ten years’ post-qualification experience, including time worked at the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, where she gained experience in the regulation and supervision of the financial services sector. Nayia’s practice areas focus on alternative investment funds and MiFID II regulated entities.
