Gustavo Fiuza Quedevez is a partner at BVA, leading its commercial contracts, real estate, secondment and legal operations, and data protection practices. With 20 years of experience in Brazil and internationally, he advises clients across diverse industries on contracts, real estate transactions, infrastructure projects, M&A, corporate governance, privacy, compliance and internal investigations. Gustavo combines technical expertise with a pragmatic, business-focused approach, including structuring customised secondment teams. He holds an LLB in Tax Law, an MBA and qualifications from Insper and Bucerius Law School. An NCMA member, he authored “Contract Governance – Practical Elements” and regularly contributes to legal publications worldwide.
