About Pablo Arana

Pablo Arana has nearly 20 years of experience advising corporations, start-ups, financial institutions and investment funds on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. His practice at BVA covers M&A, private equity, joint ventures, foreign investments, capital markets (equity and debt), restructurings and wealth planning, with a strong cross-border focus. He has particular expertise in infrastructure, oil and gas, energy, mining and technology, including airports, ports and power generation assets. A US-licensed attorney, he worked at Skadden and Gibson Dunn, and in Brazil at Lefosse Advogados. Pablo is admitted to the New York Bar and the Brazilian Bar (OAB).
