About Erik Danhard

Erik Danhard specialises in employment and labour law, where he provides traditional and strategic advice on business acquisitions, outsourcing, redundancies, work environment investigations, trade secrets, integrity issues, management issues, including pensions and incentive schemes, and questions related to collective bargaining agreements. A large part of Erik’s business consists of dispute resolution and he frequently acts as counsel, mediator and arbitrator in disputes. Erik also has extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation in other areas of law. Erik has published several books and articles within this field, which have been published in leading Swedish law reviews. Erik is also frequently appointed as a speaker and a lecturer by leading conference organisers and universities.
