He acts for leading (re)insurers and major policyholders in complex and international disputes before French courts and arbitral tribunals (both ad hoc and under the ICC, CEFAREA-ARIAS or Chambre Arbitrale Maritime de Paris Rules). His practice covers a wide range of litigation and arbitration matters, including (re)insurance disputes, marine matters, transport (by road, air and sea), commercial disputes, political risks and trade credit, industrial risks, cyber-risks, and product and professional liability. He practises both in French and English. Arnaud is also a regional member for EMEA of the Kennedys Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group.
