About Konstantinos Antonopoulos

Konstantinos Antonopoulos is the founder and managing partner of Major & Grove and, since 2009, has served as legal counsel to domestic and international shipping institutions, while advising a wide range of clients across the global maritime sector. His practice combines a comparative understanding of shipping and tax law across jurisdictions with in-depth expertise in corporate governance and regulatory matters. Konstantinos has extensive experience in cross-border corporate and transactional work, including public and private M&A, capital markets, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Through his involvement in Greek and international institutions, he contributes to the development of laws, rules and regulations, particularly in the fields of shipping and taxation.
