About Angélica María Carrión Barrero

Angélica María Carrión Barrero is the managing partner of López & Asociados. She has more than 24 years of labour counselling experience and has led processes in important transactions with national and international impact. She has a postgraduate degree in Contract Law and another in Legal Business Relations, and two master’s degrees in Labour and Social Security Law. She works as a Labour Law and Social Security postgraduate degree professor at Pontificia Javeriana University. Angélica has been a member of the Colombian Labour Bar Association since 2001 and has served as a member of its board of directors. She is a member of the International Bar Association and the Women’s Law Network, and is a representative of López & Asociados in the Gender Equity Committee of ANDI.
