About Milenko Bertrand-Galindo Arriagada

Milenko Bertrand-Galindo Arriagada leads the international law and ESG departments at Bertrand-Galindo Barrueto Barroilhet, and also co-heads the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. With over 20 years of experience, he advises both local and international clients on international law, corporate compliance, community relations, sustainability and human rights. He served on the Inter-American Judicial Committee of the OAS and has advised the Chilean Presidency, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other government bodies. Milenko holds an LLM from Harvard Law and an SJD from Washington College of Law, and has contributed to the Global ESG Handbook, among other publications.
