Milenko Bertrand-Galindo is a partner at Bertrand-Galindo Barrueto Barroilhet & Cía in Santiago, Chile, leading the firm’s ESG and international law departments. He has more than 20 years of experience advising local and foreign companies, as well as associations and public entities, on international law, corporate compliance, communities, and human rights. Milenko has served on the OAS Inter-American Juridical Committee and as a legal advisor to the Chilean Presidency, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Justice. Milenko is a member of the Chilean Societies of Public and Private International Law as well as the International Cambridge Forum on ESG.
