About Patrick L Krauskopf

Patrick L Krauskopf is the chairman of AGON PARTNERS and is admitted to practice before all Swiss and New York courts. He holds a PhD in law from the University of Fribourg and an LLM from Harvard Law School. He advises clients in Switzerland, the European Union, the United States and other jurisdictions in competition and antitrust law and policy matters. In addition, he regularly advises local and foreign governments. He is a professor at Switzerland’s Eastern University OST, a member of the Federal Communication Commission and a former vice director of the Swiss Competition Commission.
