Malack El Masry has over 25 years’ experience in the UAE and the region, and advises clients of Ibrahim & Partners on M&A transactions (whether public or private); equity capital markets, including IPOs and rights issues; project finance transactions; and general corporate/commercial matters, including data protection. She is experienced in negotiating and drafting share and asset purchase transactional documents, JV agreements/shareholders’ agreements, merger documentation for public and private companies, and project finance documentation. Malack also has extensive experience advising on restructuring and legal due diligence. She advises financial institutions, government entities and large multinationals, international law firms and local companies.
