About Enrique Oyarzun

Enrique Oyarzun is a partner in DS Abogados’ Projects, Environment, Natural Resources and Energy department. He has 18 years’ experience defending environmental claims and all kinds of administrative actions, with significant experience in environmental assessment, permitting strategy, environmental and regulatory compliance, and environmental due diligence in project finance transactions. Enrique represents a wide array of clients, including traders, real estate developers, vineyards, optical fibre companies, storage companies and private clinics, among others. He has written chapters for several books, and many law articles and academic papers, and has lectured on his involvement in iconic environmental cases during Chile’s short environmental history.
