About Jorge Ignacio García Nielsen

Jorge Ignacio García Nielsen is one of the partners in charge of DS Abogados’ Projects, Environment, Natural Resources and Energy department. His practice focuses mainly on environment and sectorial permits, water rights, land-use planning, regulatory law and communities. Jorge Ignacio also advises clients about various controversies and their defence before ordinary and special courts in administrative and criminal matters. He is also a lecturer at Universidad del Desarrollo Law School and has written several papers and chapters of a book on matters pertaining to his areas of specialisation.
