Deborah has specialist experience in M&A, private equity, capital markets, competition law, banking and finance, technology and general corporate law, within both the local and international spheres. She has more than five years’ experience advising on complex commercial transactions, representing both the buy and sell side across several sectors including private equity, banking, technology, telecommunication, energy and infrastructure, transport, healthcare and food processing, as well as manufacturers of fast-moving consumer goods and infrastructure.
