About Njeri Wagacha

Njeri Wagacha is a partner at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr (CDH) in the corporate and commercial practice and specialises in private equity and M&A. Njeri has a distinct specialisation as a bilingual lawyer, practising in both Anglo and Francophone transactions. She is a qualified solicitor and began her career as a trainee solicitor at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (Europe) LLP. Njeri has more than 12 years of experience, having practiced in various parts of Africa, the UAE and Europe. In 2020, she joined CDH Kenya as a partner. Njeri was recently named Commercial/Conveyancing Practitioner of the Year and was also a runner-up for Lawyer of the Year at the Nairobi Legal Awards 2022. Njeri is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Law Society of Kenya
