Njeri Wagacha is a dual-qualified bilingual corporate lawyer and partner in the corporate and commercial practice at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr, specialising in private equity, M&A, venture capital and fintech. Njeri qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (Europe) LLP and is also admitted in Kenya. She has over 12 years’ experience practising in Africa, the UAE and Europe. Njeri is highly regarded by clients and peers and has led several significant cross-border Africa transactions. In 2025, she was ranked in Band 4 in the Chambers Global Corporate/M&A and in Band 2 in the Chambers Global Fintech rankings.
