Rizichi Kashero-Ondego is a senior associate at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr (CDH) in the corporate and commercial, competition and employment law practice areas. She has expertise in private equity, venture capital and M&A. With over five years of experience, Rizichi has managed complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions across Eastern, Western, and Central Africa, as well as other regions including Delaware, Mauritius, and the UK.
