About Giorgio Manca

Giorgio Manca is a partner and co-head of the labour law department at DWF Italy. He specialises in union negotiations during complex corporate restructurings, collective dismissals and company transfers. Giorgio has extensive experience in labour litigation and commercial agency contracts. He lectures on labour law and industrial relations at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School and previously taught at the University of Insubria. Recognised by Chambers and Partners and another major legal directory, he has received awards including Lawyer of the Year for Agency Contracts (2022) and Emerging Lawyer of the Year (2019) from the Legalcommunity Labour Awards.
