About Stephanie Garbe

Stephanie Garbe is a partner at McCarthy Hansen & Company LLP, where she practises in all areas of family law. Stephanie was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2016 after clerking at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has since focused on complex issues surrounding separation and divorce. Her expertise includes parenting disputes, support claims and income determination, and property division involving family trusts, privately held companies, and international real estate. She has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as in mediation and arbitration. Stephanie is a participating member of the Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
