About Karen Gallagher

Karen Gallagher is a partner in Pinsent Masons’ intellectual property team in Dublin. Her expertise spans contentious and advisory IP, AI and data. She is an Irish and England & Wales qualified solicitor, Unified Patent Court representative, Irish and European trade mark attorney, Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and AI Governance Professional (AIGP). Karen co-leads Pinsent Masons’ international generics and biosimilars focus group. She is a member of the International Trademark Association Patents Committee; the Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys UPC Committee; and the Law Society of Ireland Intellectual Property and Data Protection Committee.
