Hannah McLoughlin
is an associate in the Pinsent Masons (Ireland) IP team. Hannah has acted as the lead associate in a number of high-profile pharmaceutical patent cases before the IP division of the Irish Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal, managing the day-to-day work on these matters. She has also advised clients on trade mark infringement and copyright licensing matters, as well as domain name dispute resolution procedures and social media take down requests. Hannah holds a diploma in IP and technology from the Law Society of Ireland.
