About Hannah McLoughlin

Hannah McLoughlin is an associate solicitor at Pinsent Masons Ireland. She completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice at Oxford University, and received a first‑class award on the Law Society of Ireland’s Diploma in IP and Technology. Hannah has acted as the lead associate in a number of high‑profile cases before the IP Division of the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal, playing a central role in managing discovery, witness statements and submissions. She has advised clients on trade mark infringement and copyright licensing issues, and on domain name dispute resolution procedures and social media takedown requests.
