About Jane Bourke

Jane Bourke is a senior associate in the Pinsent Masons (Ireland) IP team and has diverse experience of advising on contentious and non-contentious IP matters for life sciences clients. Jane holds a master’s degree in IP and IT from University College Dublin and is a registered Irish trade mark agent. She lectures on trade marks, database rights and copyright issues as part of the Law Society of Ireland’s IP and technology diploma. Jane is a previous chair and current member of the Law Society of Ireland’s Technology Committee and also sits on MARQUES’ Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee.
