About Neil Keenan

Neil Keenan is a corporate partner in Pinsent Masons (Ireland), where he leads on life sciences corporate work. Neil has 30 years’ experience in M&A, venture capital, private equity, corporate governance and share schemes, acting on complex transactions in life sciences and other sectors. He has acted on several transactions for life sciences and healthcare companies, including recently for Sandoz in the acquisition of the remaining shares in Rowex. Neil is a member of the Irish Company Law Review Group and the Institute of Directors and is a member (and former chair) of the Law Society of Ireland’s Business Law Committee.
