About Dylan Marshall

Dylan Marshall is a director of Kroll’s Bermuda office with over 12 years of restructuring, insolvency, and transactional experience. He started his career in Australia and has worked in Bermuda for the last seven years. His diverse casework includes distressed asset and business sales, formal and informal debt restructurings, schemes of arrangement, debt enforcement and asset recovery matters, investigations, regulatory and compliance matters, and co-ordination and design of financial solutions for clients. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, the Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda and the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association of Bermuda.
