About Mathew Clingerman

Mathew Clingerman of Kroll is a managing director in the restructuring practice, based in Bermuda where he leads the Hamilton office. He has over 20 years of advisory experience in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands with a focus on cross-border insolvency, restructuring, investigations, litigation support and financial analysis. He is regularly appointed by courts and private parties to roles as a liquidator or receiver over distressed corporate entities. He has a strong background in offshore holding structures, investment funds, insurance, securities, banking, and brokerage products. He is a Fellow of INSOL International and a chartered financial analyst as well as a certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner.
