About Arcelia María Hernández-Cordero

Arcelia María Hernández-Cordero is a senior associate in Ellul & Cruz’s litigation department. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in July 2014, followed by the Gibraltar Bar in September 2023. During her time in England, Arcelia focused mainly on complex litigation matters and high-value claims in respect of commercial disputes, mortgage mis-selling, credit hire and personal injury claims. Her current practice is diverse, mainly focusing on litigation, dispute resolution and employment matters. She often appears before the Supreme Court of Gibraltar in complex litigation hearings. In her administrative and employment law practice, Arcelia usually acts for employers and public bodies such as the Gibraltar Health Authority.
