About Nick Cruz

Nick Cruz is the head of litigation of Ellul & Cruz, where he regularly advises on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Nick is a highly regarded professional, with more than 30 years’ experience of representing clients in varied practice areas. He has a broad legal practice, with a particular focus on dispute resolution and corporate and commercial work. Called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1990 and the Bar of Gibraltar in 1991, Nick remains a practising barrister and regularly represents employers and employees before the Employment Tribunal and Gibraltar’s employment appeal courts, including the Supreme Court and the court of appeal.
