About Sean Gaskin

Sean Gaskin is an associate in the litigation department of Ellul & Cruz. During Sean’s early career, as a general practitioner, he was exposed to and involved in commercial litigation, probate matters, landlord and tenant disputes, employment matters, family litigation and several high-profile criminal trials. Currently, Sean has narrowed his focus to litigation with a focus on civil, criminal and employment litigation. He appears regularly before the Supreme Court in civil applications and the Magistrates’ Court in criminal matters
