José Luis Finocchio Junior
is a founding partner of Finocchio & Ustra and has extensive experience in tax law. He acts as co-ordinator of the Family Business Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives in Campinas (IBEF – Campinas), and is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo, and the Turnaround Management Association. José is also a professor at Faculdade de Campinas (Facamp).
