About Enrico Maria Mancuso

Enrico Maria Mancuso leads the Italian corporate crime and investigations practice at Herbert Smith Freehills. With 20 years of experience as a litigator and trial lawyer, he advises clients on white-collar crime, including criminal litigation, investigations, compliance and crisis management. He represents domestic and international companies, and directors, in cases involving money laundering, corruption, fraud, market abuse and tax offences. Enrico is a full professor of criminal procedure law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, teaching criminal procedure, evidence law and information security. He is a member of the AIDP, IBA and ECBA.
