About Marco Mariotti

Marco Mariotti is an associate in Herbert Smith Freehills’ Italian corporate crime and investigations practice. He advises Italian and international clients from a variety of industry sectors on white-collar and corporate crime matters, including compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the prevention of corruption and money laundering. He was involved in several internal investigations, including cross-border cases. Admitted to the Milan Bar in 2019, he holds a law degree (cum laude) from the University of Pisa and Sant’Anna School. He earned a PhD in Criminal Law from the University of Milan and completed an internship with the judiciary office of the Court of Milan.
