Huei Wen Teoh
graduated at the top of her class with a first-class Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Multimedia University. She commenced her pupillage under the guidance of Mr Lim Jo Yan and is currently a senior associate at the firm. Huei Wen’s practice focus is on due diligence exercises, M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, capital reduction, commercial contracts, corporate advisory, corporate governance, real estate and employment.
